About Us

Earnest Property is a family run business. User experience is our top priority along with providing high quality accommodation and service. We respond quickly to queries and are approachable.

Each house has a private group chat via social media, and all tenants staying at the house at that time are invited (along with us!) to join and communicate. All of our properties are within a half mile (within 10 minute walk) from the University of Chester main campus (Parkgate Road) AND the City Centre.
