PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Commercial to residential conversions and development of existing blocks of apartments requires a high level of due diligence & planning, as well as disciplined overseeing of all build-out works.
AFTERCARE
Once renovations are complete we will execute the exit strategy; whether that be sale of units or hold & tenant the property (and refinance to a more suitable long term product).
It's at this stage that we are able to repay any short term lending.

EXPERIENCE
We have extensive experience in building our own property investment portfolio.
We started with standard 2-3 bed single family homes. This then progressed to houses in multiple occupation and the development of single dwellings to multi-dwellings.
We have also assisted in compiling highly effective portfolios for clients through our property sourcing & portfolio building service - in some instances this has been for individuals who are in the public eye.

Our model has derived from our passion for creating sustainable business activity in the housing & property investment sector.
It aligns with our long term goal of generational wealth building, but also a personal interest in the history of a building, history on a whole & bringing old derelict buildings back to life.
Right now our focus in development of buildings to apartments & development of existing blocks of apartments.
